About The Basket Case Lady

I am The Basket Case Lady.  I’m also known as Denise Whitehead, wife of Ken, mother of Estelle and Brandon, daughter of Joe and Betty.. 

 

I live in Pinole, California with my husband, Ken, and requisite 2 cats.  Of course you must have cats if you have yarn.

 

I teach in the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically in the East Bay.

 

I’ve been knitting for over 50 years, since I was 8 years old.  I’ve been crocheting for over 25 years.   

 

I have over 35 years experience teaching these combined crafts.
